Part 1 of the BRC Access Pricing report deals with traditional leased line access (over fibre and cable, not DSL).
It contains prices for circuits to access VPNs in 50 world cities and nationwide in 13 countries. It also shows how global operators compare in terms of how often they offer particularly good deals to their customers.
