BRC Win-Loss reports provide feedback from customers who recently evaluated (and usually purchased) international data network services from operators such as AT&T, BT, DT, Orange and Verizon. Separate reports cover deals centred in Europe and the USA. Both are updated quarterly, so multinational operators can track various measures such as competitor win rates, why each operator loses, and ways each operator could improve.
Our independent feedback contrasts with operators' own win loss analyses which miss embarrassing problems. Senior executives in business development, product management and strategy can use this information to identify barriers to selling, understand competitor positioning, and relate strategies to on-the-ground selling.
